Massage is probably one of the oldest forms of natural therapy and has long been used by the Indians, Chinese and Greeks. Its uses have varied according to culture, religion and necessity. The use of one's hands to anoint oil or rub injured limbs is an early instinctive reaction to pain, stress or emotional upset.
