Insurance

​

Mike Harding is registered with major health insurance providers including BUPA, AVIVA, AXA, WPP, and others.

To book an insurance appointment, please call reception with the following details:

• Your membership number
• Your authorisation code
• The number of sessions approved (minimum of 4, including the initial consultation)

​

Appointment durations for insurance bookings:

• Initial consultation: 30 minutes
• Follow-up appointments: 20 minutes

​

These timings reflect the lower fees paid by insurers compared with our standard private appointment rates.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Please note the late cancellation (24 hours) and missed appointment fee is £40, charged at discretion of practitioner

Vouchers

Voucher cards are available in clinic, and virtual cards via email.

 

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used to pay for any treatment.
