We are all in this together

As key workers and primary healthcare professionals we are allowed to remain open during COVID-19 restrictions. We operate a COVID-safe practice and have infection control measures in place to protect staff and patients.

What we are doing

  • Our osteopaths have been fully vaccinated

  • Triage patients for COVID-19 before each appointment

  • Providing alcohol-based hand sanitiser at clinic entrance

  • Practitioners wearing face mask and disposable apron and gloves, in line with guidance from PHE and the Institute of Osteopathy

  • Increased cleaning routines, including treatment surfaces and other frequently used surfaces

  • Using disposable couch covers

  • Keeping a 5 minute gap between clients to ensure social distancing and allow for cleaning

  • Payment terminals in treatment rooms to reduce time in reception

  • Waiving any cancellation fees relating to COVID-19 self-isolation

What we are asking of you

  • Follow government guidance, relating to COVID-19. If you need rearrange or cancel your appointment, you will not be charged a cancellation fee

  • After booking you will receive a confirmation email with online forms to complete before your arrival

  • Bring a mask or face covering on your visit to the clinic

  • There's no towels in clinic, but you can bring your own for modesty

  • Do not bring visitors / family members to your appointment, unless necessary

  • Arrive on time and no more than 5 minutes before your appointment to help manage social distancing

  • Be prepared to wait outside if another patient is on their way out of the clinic

  • Sanitise your hands using the alcohol-gel dispenser next to the reception door
