We are all in this together

As key workers and primary healthcare professionals we are allowed to remain open during COVID-19 restrictions. We operate a COVID-safe practice and have infection control measures in place to protect staff and patients.

What we are doing

  • All clients must complete an online Covid 19 triage form. Practitioners review this form before accepting a person for treatment

  • Providing all visitors access to alcohol-based hand sanitiser, hand cleaning facilities upon entry and exit.

  • Practitioners will be wearing a face mask and disposable apron

  • Increasing the frequency of cleaning around the building, including treatment surfaces, door handles, card terminals and other frequently used surfaces

  • Wiping our treatment couches with an anti-viral spray after each patient treatment. Use of disposable couch covers and removal of towels and couch covers

  • Washing our hands and forearms thoroughly before and after treatments

  • 5 minute gap between clients to ensure safe, social distancing and to allow practitioners to clean all surfaces

  • Payment terminals in treatment rooms to reduce time in reception

  • Waiving any cancellation fees relating to COVID-19 self-isolation
