We remained open throughout the pandemic, serving our local community and beyond. During this time, we gained significant experience, and learnt many lessons that we continue to implement, safeguarding your wellbeing and limiting the risk of infection when you enter our clinic

What we are doing

  • Our osteopaths have been fully vaccinated
     

  • We triage patients before each appointment
     

  • Alcohol-based hand sanitiser is placed at the clinic entrance

  • Practitioners wear PPE (face mask, apron and gloves) in line with guidance from PHE and the Institute of Osteopathy
     

  • Increased cleaning routines, including treatment surfaces and other frequently used surfaces
     

  • Disposable couch roll used to cover plinth
     

  • Maintaining a 5 minute gap between clients to ensure social distancing and allow for cleaning

  • Payment terminals in treatment rooms to reduce time in reception
     

  • Waiving any cancellation fees relating to COVID-19


 

What we are asking of you

  • Please follow government COVID-19 guidance

  • If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment, you will not be charged a cancellation fee

  • If 'pinged' by test and trace, you can enter clinic with a negative PCR or lateral flow test
     

  • After booking you will receive a confirmation email with online forms to complete before your arrival

  • Bring a mask or face covering on your visit to the clinic
     

  • There's no towels in clinic, but you can bring your own for modesty​

  • Do not bring visitors / family members to your appointment, unless necessary

  • Arrive on time and no more than 5 minutes before your appointment to help manage social distancing 

  • Sanitise your hands using the alcohol-gel dispenser next to the reception door​​
